Founder of Alexandria Reds Baseball and Co-owner of The Dugout. Ben has been a high school teacher and coach for over 25 years with stops at the University of Cincinnati Clermont College, Turpin High School (Cincinnati, OH), Oakton High School, West Springfield High School, and Alexandria City High School (currently).

Ben is a graduate of Wittenberg University in Springfield, OH, has a Master’s in Education from Marymount University, is a Nationally Board Certified Teacher, and holds a professional certificate in Global Sports Management from New York University’s Preston Robert Tisch Institute for Global Sport. Ben is currently working on becoming a Registered Athletic Administrator through the National Association of Athletic Administrators Association.

In addition to directing the Reds organization, Ben assists the Alexandria City High School Baseball team with their off season program, serves on the Alexandria Little League Board of Directors, and spends countless hours helping coaches and players.
