Welcome to The Dugout – Alexandria’s premier indoor training facility for baseball and softball. We are a proud collaboration between the Alexandria Reds Baseball Organization and Victory Fastpitch Academy. Together, we’ve created a space where athletes of all ages and skill levels can come to learn, grow, and thrive in the sports they love. Our goal is to not only create better players, but also better people through the safety of sport.

The Dugout is a community-based diamond sports facility in Alexandria, VA. This 10,000-sf facility boasts state of the art turf, high ceilings for defensive work, and Hack Attack Pitching Machines which are perfect for teams or individual rentals.
